These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Kenzora Living website and your interactions, enquiries, purchases, orders, customized furniture requirements and other business dealings with Kenzora Living.

Kenzora Living is a furniture manufacturer and provider of furniture-related products and services based in Shivamogga, Karnataka, India.

By using this website, contacting Kenzora Living, requesting a quotation, visiting our workshop or showroom, placing an order, making a payment, approving a product or customization, accepting delivery, or otherwise doing business with Kenzora Living, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Kenzora Living policies referenced below.

1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to all customers, website users and other persons interacting with Kenzora Living for business or website-related purposes.

By proceeding with any enquiry, quotation, order, payment, customization, purchase, delivery or service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the applicable Kenzora Living policies.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not proceed with a transaction or use the website for business purposes.

2. Our Products and Services

Product and service availability may change from time to time.

3. Product Information and Customization

Kenzora Living may manufacture or provide products according to customer-specific requirements, including dimensions, configuration, design, fabric, material, foam, colour and other specifications.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the specifications communicated or approved before confirming an order.

Images, photographs, videos and digital representations may not always show the exact appearance of a physical product. Natural and manufacturing variations in wood, fabric, colour, texture, stitching, finish and other materials may occur.

Where a customer provides measurements, design references or other specifications, the customer is responsible for providing accurate information.

Where Kenzora Living takes or confirms measurements, those measurements may be used for manufacturing after confirmation.

4. Design References

Customers may provide design references from Instagram, Pinterest, photographs, videos, screenshots, sketches or other sources.

Kenzora Living may use these references to understand the customer’s desired design.

A reference does not necessarily mean that every detail can be reproduced identically. Differences may occur due to dimensions, materials, manufacturing requirements, availability, construction methods and other practical considerations.

The final product will be based on the specifications agreed for the customer’s order.

5. Quotations and Prices

Quotations may depend on factors including:

• Product type
• Dimensions
• Design
• Materials
• Fabric or leather
• Foam
• Wood
• Hardware
• Customization
• Labour
• Transportation
• Installation
• Destination
• Other order-specific requirements

A quotation does not automatically constitute an accepted order unless the order is confirmed by Kenzora Living.

Prices and availability may change before order confirmation.

Applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation charges or other additional charges may apply where communicated.

6. Order Confirmation and Payment

An order may be considered confirmed once the applicable product specifications, price and other relevant terms have been agreed and Kenzora Living has accepted the order.

Kenzora Living may require an advance payment before purchasing materials or beginning production.

Once an order is confirmed, Kenzora Living may commit funds toward materials, procurement, labour, customization and production.

Because customized and made-to-order products are created specifically for a customer, cancellation after confirmation may generally not qualify for a refund.

7. Customer-Requested Changes

Customers may request changes to a product before completion.

Whether a requested change can be made depends on the production stage, materials already purchased and practical manufacturing requirements.

A requested change may:

• Not be possible
• Cause a production delay
• Require additional materials
• Require additional labour
• Result in additional charges

Customer-requested changes after production has started are subject to Kenzora Living’s approval.

8. Customer Inspection and Approval

Customers may be provided an opportunity to inspect or confirm relevant aspects of a product before the order is finalized or production proceeds.

Customers should carefully review, where applicable:

• Design
• Dimensions
• Configuration
• Colour
• Fabric
• Material
• Foam
• Finish
• Other agreed specifications

Once the customer approves the relevant specifications and confirms the order, production or procurement may begin.

9. Cancellation, Returns and Refunds

Cancellation, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Returns Policy.

Customized and made-to-order furniture is generally not returnable merely because a customer later changes their preference regarding design, colour, material, size or appearance.

If Kenzora Living makes a genuine error against confirmed specifications, the matter may be reviewed and an appropriate correction or remedy may be provided according to the circumstances.

10. Delivery and Transportation

Delivery arrangements may depend on:

• Product size
• Customization
• Destination
• Transportation
• Building access
• Doorways
• Staircases
• Lifts
• Parking
• Installation requirements
• Other site conditions

Estimated delivery timelines are not guaranteed dates and may change due to production, material availability, transportation, weather, access conditions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and informing Kenzora Living about relevant access restrictions.

Delivery and transportation arrangements may also form part of the specific terms communicated for an individual order.

11. Warranty and After-Sales Service

Certain Kenzora Living products may be covered by a warranty according to the applicable order and warranty terms.

Warranty coverage, exclusions, claim procedures, service and remedies are governed by our Warranty Policy.

A warranty claim does not automatically result in a refund. Depending on the circumstances, an eligible claim may be addressed through repair, replacement, correction, service or another appropriate remedy.

Customer-requested modifications, misuse, unauthorized alterations and normal wear and tear may not be covered.

12. Furniture Renovation and Restoration

Kenzora Living may provide furniture renovation, fabric replacement, repair and restoration services.

The condition of existing furniture can affect the final result. Old furniture may contain hidden structural damage, weakened components, old foam or other deterioration that may not be visible before work begins.

Any additional work outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information required to fulfil an order.

This may include:

• Name and contact information
• Delivery address
• Measurements
• Design requirements
• Material selections
• Colour selections
• Access information
• Payment information
• Other order-specific information

Customers should promptly notify Kenzora Living of any changes that could affect an order.

14. Website Use

The Kenzora Living website is provided for legitimate informational and business purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with website operation
• Introduce malicious software or harmful code

Customers may voluntarily provide reviews, photographs, videos or testimonials relating to Kenzora Living products or services.

Where Kenzora Living wishes to use customer-provided content for public marketing, website or social-media purposes, appropriate permission may be requested where required.

Providing material to Kenzora Living for an order or enquiry does not automatically mean that the material will be publicly published.

17. Privacy and Customer Information

Kenzora Living may collect and process information required to operate its website and furniture business, including information relating to enquiries, quotations, orders, customization, payments, delivery, warranty and customer support.

The use of personal information, cookies, analytics and services such as Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity is governed separately by our Privacy Policy.

For an existing confirmed order, the terms applicable to that transaction may depend on the terms accepted at the time of confirmation, subject to applicable law and any subsequent agreement.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws applicable in India.

Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms & Conditions or a transaction with Kenzora Living will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts and authorities having jurisdiction over the matter, subject to applicable law.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by applicable law.

26. No Waiver

If Kenzora Living does not immediately enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions, this does not mean that Kenzora Living has waived its right to enforce that provision in the future.
